This event features a ½ mile swim, 10-mile ride on an upright stationary bike and a 4-mile run on the indoor track, Space is limited so register early. Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after January 29th. Minimum age 13 years. In order to maintain appropriate physical distancing during the event, please keep spectators to a minimum. Bikes and lap lanes will be randomly drawn-1 athlete from each heat will swim in an end lane. These classes are designed for youth who have little or no experience in Racquetball. Classes are held every Saturday. Come learn the basics of Racquetball, including; rules of the game, strategy in racquetball, safety, good sportsmanship and more. Ages 10-14 February 6-27 Saturdays 10am-12pm Nampa Rec Center Member $20, Non-Member $23

This course is designed for experienced swimmers ages 15 and older that want to become Red Cross Lifeguards. Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications are awarded upon successful completion of the course. Course prerequisites are: 300-yard swim using front crawl and breaststroke, retrieval of a 10 pound brick from 7ft of water and two minutes of treading water with no hands. If you are unsure whether you can complete the prerequisites, sign up for a skills evaluation. Refund request must be made 4 business days before start of class.
