This class will help increase mobility and independence by improving lower body strength, endurance, flexibility and bone mass, which can help reduce the risk of falling.

Traditions Tang Soo Do
This class teaches self confidence, builds self-esteem and improves balance, while
establishing discipline and courtesy towards others. Participants will learn age
appropriate self-defense and weapons training. These classes are non-violent;
sparring is optional. Students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweat pants
and a t-shirt. No jewelry or watches during class. A mouth guard and a groin protector
cup (males) are recommended.

This class is designed for women of all ages, sizes and athletic abilities and covers: situational awareness, releases, proper falling and recovery techniques, effective punches, strikes, and kicks, improved fitness and basic martial arts etiquette. Students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweat pants and a t-shirt. It is recommended that an adult accompanies youth 12-17 years.
