Strength Training for Women
This six-week course will cover a variety of equipment and free weights helping you to feel more comfortable in the weight room. You will learn more about weight room etiquette and jargon, safe and effective training techniques, the five fitness components and their benefits, a variety of exercises, and have lots of time to practice what you learn!
