Family Bootcamp

Tai Chi

This class is open to all levels, but is geared towards beginners.  This beginning class covers the fundamentals of Tai Chi including: basic movements, breathing, meditation, warm-up form and an introduction on the Yang Style Short form.  ** There will be no class July 4 or July 18**

Family Paddleboard Fitness

HIIT, yoga, muscular strengthening, balance and stretching will be mixed into a fun and self-challenging workout. Ages 8-13 will need to pass a swim test prior to class. Paddleboards provided – 10 max.
