Balance and Fall Prevention Class

This class will help increase mobility and independence by improving lower body strength, endurance, flexibility and , bone mass, which can help reduce the risk of falling. Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00-9:45am. Studio 4. Member: Free, Non-Member: $30 Register at the Program Desk.

Seniorcise

A class designed for the active senior. This class focuses on muscular strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and relaxation.

Senior Walking Club

Water Fitness Seniors in Motion

The Seniors In Motion class will use the resistance of water to work all the major muscle groups and increase your flexibility. This class is a low to medium intensity workout. All ages are welcome. Swimming is not required. Must fr a Nampa Recreation Center member or purchase a day pass to participate.

Twinges/Arthritis

The class is geared to those individuals with arthritis, injuries, fibromyalgia, back problems, and post-surgery therapy. A low-intensity workout focusing on full range of motion, flexibility, and relaxation. Swimming is not required. Must have a Nampa Recreation Center membership or a day pass to participate.
