This class is designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets
the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly, Pilates also trains coordination, concentration and muscular control.
Stay heart healthy with simple cardio, resistance training and stretching exercises. This class is open to seniors of all fitness levels.

A workout without comparison! Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hills climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!
• New participants should show up 5 minutes early to check in with the instructor.
• Reserve a bike at the Nampa Rec Center Front Desk no earlier than 6:00 pm, two days prior to the class.
• A water bottle and a hand towel are highly recommended.
• No cleats on the studio floor
